Good night. I made a page on AWEKAS and I can not upload the template.

I did all these steps.

and configure my ftp. but I can not upload the template of AWEKAS. my hosting

pd. cumulus and templates are uploaded realtime.txt perfectly.

in website options I have to tick some option?

someone please help me!!

I can't think of anything to add that isn't described in the instructions. I've got mine set up just as described, but I don't have 'realtime' selected as I don't think it needs to be uploaded that often. have you put the full path to the file for the remote file? Could you show screen shots of the "sites/options" and "files" tabs of your internet settings?

If you turn on the ftp logging, the ftplog.txt may help to show what the problem is - if you untick 'realtime'. I suspect it's just the remote file path, if your other uploads are working correctly.
