Cumulus Support

I am looking at Wunderground and seeing 33 minutes since last update.(That is when I logged on). If I look at Cumulus, I see FTP error over and over.

If I run WeatherLink, it does upload every few seconds.

What am I doing wrong? (New to Davis and Cumulous)

FTP is only used for updating your own web site, not WU, so any FTP errors are related to that and not to WU uploads. Have you configured your details correctly in the WU panel on the internet settings screen? A screen shot of the internet settings screen may help diagnosis.

If you turn on the debug log, the debug.log file will show the attempted uploads to WU, and any errors which it returns.
