Cumulus Support

Hello; we have just downloaded Cumulus for use on our system (Window 7, Davis Vantage Vue, Blake Larsen Sun Recorder, otherwise nothing exceptional or unusual in the PC or setup). On first running the software, we get "An error occured in Cumulus..." and a bugreport.txt file, which we now attach.

I hope that you can help us diagose what's wrong.

You're trying to connect to the station in USB mode, which doesn't work. See the FAQ http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#How_do ... Cumulus.3F for what you need to do.
