Will you be add webtags that wood show the date of a all time record happened ?

They already exist, they've been there as long as the all-time records have existed, which was pretty much the first version of Cumulus. See the all-time records section in the web tags page in the help, particularly the paragraph which starts "Each of the above has a corresponding date/time tag, constructed by prefixing a capital T, e.g. <#TtempH> ...". If you just want a date rather than a date and time, use a 'format' parameter (as also described in the help).

I had looked http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Webtags#All_Time an it was listed as just time
