Stored Data
My LaCrosse 2350 stores historic data internally - I assume for times when the PC is offline or crashed. Does/can Cumulus make use of this data.

Short answer - yes.
It doesn't use any of the stored data from before the time you first run it, but after that it will download anything that was logged while it wasn't running.
