Noaa log update

Hello everyone, i have a "stupid" (goes to me) question 
I havent buy yet a second console so i havent connect allday the console to my pc. I have tick the noaa logging (today) and i see that the update goes at midnight. My question is, if i connect the console to my pc and run cumulus for example 11:00 am it will update the noaa logs? Or if i connect it 3days later it will update the noaa log the 2 days before?
