Exporting to CSV File To use with iPad app Status Update

Post by watanobbi »

Morning,

I spotted the iPad app called Status Board which can be customised to display CSV/JSON files.

I'm running V1.9.3 (B1058) and can't seem to confirm if Cumulas can export to CSV. I would to be able to process the file so only certain items are exported so they can be displayed on Status Board (http://panic.com/statusboard/)

Any help would be appreciated.

The normal data format for Cumulus files is delimited text files. So the data file can be used directly as a CSV file.

Take a look at some of the .TXT files in the \data folder under your main Cumulus folder.

And if you need a CSV file with a particular set of data, you can get Cumulus to create one using web tags
