Cumulus Support

Everything that Cumulus displays exactly matches what is on the WS3083 except for the wind speed.

The WS3083 is set to display the 48 second average(the other option is the gust).
The value on the WS3083 is between 1.9 and 3 times the value displayed in Cumulus.
But unfortunately it is not a fixed ratio.

They both have the same values for wind direction and they both change at almost the same time.

The station type is set to fine offset with uv/light sensor
I haven't changed any options relating to wind speed.

Do you have Cumulus calculating the average speed or using the station value? If you haven't changed any settings, then it will be using the value supplied by the station. Are you comparing the same items? See http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#What_d ... tations.3F

The console has two modes, average and gust.
The first 4 data points are in average mode and the last 3 are in gust mode.

It looks like you have Cumulus displaying m/s and the console display kph?
