List index out of bounds (1)

Post by ws2080jo »

I've ws2080 , installed cumulus 1.9.2 build 1030 , station up and running about 18 months , start getting below message

4/13/2013 6:22:57 PM : Error on line 7947 of C:\Cumulus\data\Apr13log.txt: List index out of bounds (1)
4/13/2013 6:22:59 PM : Fine Offset station not found! - check connections and restart Cumulus

i took backup of Apr13log.txt deleted it from data folder closed cumulus reopen got below msg

4/13/2013 10:55:54 PM : Fine Offset station not found! - check connections and restart Cumulus

when check device manager i see question mark on usb device that station connected to, is a console problem or usb cable problem or could be something else,

Thanks

Yes, one of those or something else, as you say. Unfortunately it's impossible to say which. Apart from unplugging the station and plugging it in again, and perhaps resetting it (remove batteries and USB cable) I don't know what else to suggest.

The corruption in the log file may have been caused by the same problem, whatever it is. That possibly suggests that it's a PC problem rather than a console problem.
