For some time I've wanted to add an email link on my web pages but have been wary of entering my email address in plain text because of spambots.
I came across this site which offers some excellent advice on how to create a safe link. http://www.bronze-age.com/nospam/index.html
I've incorporated it into one of my pages here. http://www.cheadlehulmeweather.co.uk/seasonaverages.htm
I'd appreciate any comments on whether you consider this a safe enough method to confuse those feared spambots.

Thanks beteljuice. Not too dissimilar to the one I found. I must admit to not searching Cumulus first.
The important thing is that you don't enter your email address without it being changed so the spambots can't detect it.

There is always Mike Challis' excellent package with captcha;
http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/
It is a bit of work to configure (full info comes with the donationware package) but is well respected as bullet proof.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll try what I have at the moment and see how things go. I do use MailWasher Pro so can bounce any unwanted messages.
