If there's a bugreport.txt file in your Cumulus installation folder, that may contain some information about the crash.

Hello again, cumulus crashed at 3am last night - though I'm not sure if it was due to my webhost having problems...

The problem started at 22.20 - I couldn't upload the page until the early hours. But I understand this is not a problem of cumulus
15/05/2013 22:20:01 : FTP Connect Error, Error code = 500

However, at 3am cumulus closed on its own. Was this caused by the server problem?. I only ask because cumulus has closed down before at 3am - twice since I last reported the problem. I have not messaged you since because no problem has been logged in the bugreport folder after the crash.

Is it just a problem to do with my computer? I have attached the bugreport file for your perusal.

Many thanks, Scott

I think it's no coincidence that Windows updates were sent out yesterday, and 3am is a common time for systems to reboot for them - mine did the same.

The two crashes in the bugreport.txt file are not recent or relevant; they were caused by the format of your 'records began date' not being recognised by Windows.
