I have been using the older version of Cumulus for over 1 year. I recently upgraded to the new version 1.9.3 and have had response problems. My Norton Security Suite reports high CPU usage when I run Cumulus. When I mouse click on any menu item it takes several seconds to respond. I am running Windows 7 with an Intel i7 CPU. The older version response was instant.
Any suggestions?

If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll see if I can see anything. It might also be useful to turn on the debug log for 10 minutes or so, and attach the debug.log file.
You're still using a Fine Offset station, as in your profile, yes?

I am still using my fine offset system although I am having lots of problems with the data transmission. I will be looking to replace the system.
I have attached both files.
Thanks for your help.

Unplugging the station while Cumulus is running causes high CPU usage, which even continues after you plug it back in again, and you appear to have unplugged it on a few occasions (if not, then the PC lost contact with the console, giving the appearance of it being unplugged).

Thanks Steve,
Yes I have been disconnecting my USB to my logger trying to diagnose the loss of transmissions. Guess I need a new weather station, any suggestins?
