Strange error

Good morning...
I've just installed Cumulus software but I can't use it because immediately after the installation, when I set the VP2 and the USB connection, the software shows me an error generating a "bugreport.txt"...
I tryied to install the station and the software inside two differents pc (one with WinXP and the other one with Windows 7) but both showed me the same error.

Anyone can help me to understand how to resolve this trouble?
