Cumulus Support

Hello all,
I've set up a FWS20 station w/ cumulus. Everything seems to work ok, pages are correctly updated and uploaded to my website via FTP.
The meteo network I'm affiliated with requires an extra file to be uploaded.
So I've set up in the Internet Settings > Files pane all the required info plus Process=yes, Realtime=yes, FTP=yes.
Also in Internet Settings: Auto Update=yes, Realtime=yes.
As I've said, pages are updated and uploaded. WU works fine. But the wx.txt file I have to upload does not appear on my webspace.
The file is correctly processed, I can see a wx.txttmp file with all the data in it, but no FTP.
FTP logging not useful, I can only see regular FTP but no realtime log.
So I have used a protocol analyzer (Wireshark) to see the conversation between the server and my machine but I can only see the regular FTP, no realtime. It doesnt even try.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you selected both 'Enable Realtime' and 'Enable Realtime FTP'?

If you have, then turn on ftp logging and look at the realtimeftplog.txt file.

thank you for your prompt reply.
After having selected Enable Realtime FTP=yes the wx.txt file is regularly transferred, so please consider this incident terminated.
