delete records
My system was producing inaccurate readings during January this year. The system is sorted nj ow and working fine. So I want to start my 'proper' records from Feb. Is there a way of deleting the incorrect records.

Delete the January log file (and any earlier ones, if you have them) from the data folder. Edit dayfile.txt and delete the entries from before 1st Feb. Use the all-time and monthly record editors to fetch the updated records from dayfile.txt.
