Cumulus Support

Hello to all.
A friend of mine recently, bought a weather station NEVADA WS1080PC. Almost from the beggining, he has problemsh with the calculation of dew point and humidity. Tree or four time per day he has very low dew point and humidity. Hew station, is brand new. Is this problem from the station, or its something like spikes. His url, is http://perama.meteoclub.gr/ . That looks like a faulty humidity sensor to me, rather than the usual Fine Offset 'spikes'. The 'out of range' figure is being sent a lot of the time, which Cumulus maps on to 10%. You would see dashes on the console at that time. My Fine Offset humidity sensor does that most of the time now.

Is it possible to do that because of the batteries or the panel? As i can see the abnormal display is most common after sunset.

I changed the batteries in mine and it didn't make any difference. The only external sensor still working on my Fine Offset is the temperature.

The station is on line only a month. Thats very bad.
