My web page shows the word weather twice

[Potterne Weather]

Hi all

when I first installed cumulus, on the station name i called it "Potterne Weather".

I now own web hosting space and followed the step by step to get my site on line.

The site is working well, apart from its says "potterne weather weather".
I have now changed the station to just potterne and its still saying "potterne weather weather"

please could so one advise me who to drop one of the "weathers" on my station name

Edit your indexT.htm file.

Change:

Code: Select all

<h1><#location> weather</h1>

To

Code: Select all

<h1><#location></h1>

Then, that should just display "Potterne Weather".

I think all you would need to do is from your computer's main Cumulus console, select the Configuration tab at the top, then Station, and in the middle for 'Name" tab enter 'Potterne' only. Then after the regular Cumulus Web Update it should be corrected (unless there has been a modification made in your xxxT.htm template file)

Yes, that's another alternative and probably a much easier way to do what you want, too!
