Yes - see above discussion with GW.

The scales for "inHg" and "in" need work too, I see :)

Would it be anything to do with using a free hosting site ?
I don't think that should matter. Have you specified the URL of your realtime.txt file correctly?

Steve
Thanks Steve :D

That was the exact problem , I used WWW after the http , when there should have been no .www in the link to the realtime.txt.

I spent a frustrating few hours last night and missed seeing such a stupid mistake, must go to bed earlier.

Steve, I'm talking about the indicator tubes should go to the top like the rest.
They only go part way up.

Yes, so are we. Well, that's what I'm talking about, anyway. When the units are in Fahrenheit, the gauge backgrounds still stop at 40.

Looking at different peoples sites, there also seems to be some error (reported in IE status bar) when wind units are not mph (seems to happen regardless of C or F temp)

.... The 100 is not valid value
The Min value couldnt be greater than Max ......

I think this is saying that your web server doesn't know how to handle Silverlight applications. What type of server is it?

Have up loaded to http://www.shamrockspider.com/wxrealgau ... ltime.html but appear to have some problems with it. :!:
Screen comes up and it just stays with all gauges at zero and a message "Please wait" nest to the station name. :(
Edited the XML file again to point to your Sanday realtime.txt and all worked fine.
Put it back to point at my realtime.txt http://www.shamrockspider.com/wx/realtime.txt and it locks up (waits) again.
It has the feel that it is not picking up my realtime.txt file, but the normal Cumulus Guages page picks it up and displays normally.

Steve,
Gauges are great, been running them steady without any problems.
Using Windows Vista and IE 7. The Temp., Dewpoint, and Windchill after loaded the tubes
drop down to the 40 mark and the status bar shows error on page, maybe beacuse of the
gauge tubes. Other than that everything works fine and readings are all correct.

Great job
Thanks Steve

Hmm, tricky. I can't think why it wouldn't pick up your realtime.txt file if it picks up mine. The only reason I can think of would be if you were trying to get it from a different domain, which isn't normally allowed (but I've allowed it on the sanday.org domain for testing purposes). But clearly that's not the case here. Another possibility is that there's something about your particular realtime.txt file that I haven't allowed for. When I get a minute I'll take a copy of your realtime.txt file and see if I can get it to work here.

Works OK for me. http://www.janter.co.nz/weather/newgaug ... ltime.html

It does seem to be using quite a bit of CPU time when left open for viewing?

Wife says she doesn't like so much black background. She's a graphic artist.
