Discrepancy solar energy measured and theoretical value

I have installed version 1.9.3 and am happy with it. But I also noticed that the solar graph has a discrepancy between the actual value (from a Davis VP2+) and the theoretical maximum (the latter being 10% lower than the actual value). I tried the calibration setup and noticed I could not calibrate the solar sensor. Is this intentional or has it deeper meaning. How to handle this?

You'll need to play with the settings on the station settings screen - see the help. If the calculated theoretical max is coming out lower than your actual readings, you probably need to increase the transmission factor.

OK understood. Thanks.
Its actually similar to a calibration, only here I calibrate the theory
