"Old Data" transfer

I bought a WH1081 in early Jan, and was using Easy Weather until last week and discovered Cumulus.

All OK ceptin I tried to download old Easyweather data from Jan 17th. I read the "ReadMe" and looked for other info. I reset the Today ini to the 17 Jan, and the info was downloaded except that the rainfall records from Easyweather came across incorrectly (the rainfall is my primary interest).

I tried to edit the details and failed miserably.


Is there a way I can just copy the Easyweather rainfall data and "paste" it into Cumulus . .?? Or some other trick??

Great software by the way. Used to have Davis instruments for 25 years but it finally passed away and could not justify the cost of a replacement.

Rainfall counting will always be an issue if you just change the dates and times in today.ini, unfortunately.

Note that Cumulus doesn't read old data from Easyweather, it downloads it from the station, but regarding importing Easyweather data, see https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=250
