I decided to email Maplin to ask them if the transmitters are compatable.
My Question:
Hi, Can you confirm what frequency this transmitter uses? is it 433.9MHz?
and will it work with my N96FY (WH1081) weather station I purchased from yourselves back in Feb 2011.
Maplin's Reply:
"I am pleased to advise the product you mentioned will do exactly what you require."
Ok, so they reccon that they will be compatable, but I am unsure how deep they have dug
down to find out if they really are compatable
I guess the only way for me to know is buy one and give it a try.
