Hi Guys
Having problems with my watson w8681 wind sensor doesnt appear to spin in the forward direction it stops after a quarter of a revolution but if you spin in opposite direction it spins freeley is this broken or what
any help would be greatfull

Common problem with Fine Offset stations. It may be the bearings; they may need lubricating or replacing. Search on the forum for "bearings", there are quite a few posts about this.
