Hi Mark,
I found a bug in version 2.1. The windrun units are not correct in the tooltip when the page is first opened. When the page is first opened and you hover over the wind rose, the windrun units are in km not the station default. My default wind unit is mph, so the windrun unit should be in miles not km. I did verify this behavior on your gauges page. Once the radio button is selected the correct units appear. You can see it on my test page here: http://tobyspondweather.com/test1/gauges-ss2.php.
