"This Year" options

Hi and thanks Steve for the software, I have been using it for a couple of years now without any real issue.

I am wondering if there is an option to bring up a quick Highs and Lows table for the previous year(s) like when you use "views - Highs and Lows - This Year"

I have tried searching the forums to see if this is an option but havent found a clear solution, yes I realise I could pull the data from the graphs but thats not what I am wanting to achieve.

Actually while we are talking graphs it would be great to be able to throw the pointer over any part of data on a graph and it brings up the numerical values, one for the future edition perhaps, I am sure someone has allready asked for this somewhere anyway.

Back to topic - is there a way I can bring up the quick view for previous years that I have not found yet or is it not available?

You can get a number of highs and lows for previous years on the View -> This Year screen

I think I need to reword the question or Im not understanding

Id like to see each years highs and lows seperated so that when i look at this years I can then choose to see the next year by selecting that option or clicking on a "previous year" tab, Im not sure there is this functionality other than in graph mode?

When I saw this I looked for a > tab or button but I cant see anything to jump to another screen, am I missing something here? Sorry for the dumb question if I am.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding. When you open up the View -> This Year screen, you see this year's main highs and lows (admittedly not as many on the newer View -> Highs and Lows -> This Year display, but currently Cumulus only maintains that level of detail for the current year).

You can then use the controls at the bottom of the screen to select any year you want.

What size display are you using, and what version of Cumulus? I believe there was an issue at some point with the bottom of the display being cut off on smaller screens so you couldn't see the controls at the bottom. I can't remember which screens this affected, or when it was fixed (if indeed it was).

Your original question suggests you want to see different years from the view menu in Cumulus main screen - you can as Steve has said choose alternative periods from the buttons at the bottom of the screens for This year or This period on the view menu. (Not the Highs and Lows -> This year on same menu).

I am using V1.9.2 build 1032

I dont seem to see any year options at the bottom of my screen even when maximised.

Whoa.. ok just figured out where I am going wrong, we are talking about two different screens... im using the "view>highs and lows>this year" option, but I can see now that if I go to "view>this year" instead of "highs and lows" I can get the data I am after. Thanks Steve, I knew there had to be an option there somewhere.
