The latest version is working nicely for me, great work.
Quick question, is there a way of changing the speed of the text in the forecast box?
Many thanks.

OK, Rays positioning problems with the odometer were unique (I think) to they way he is using the gauges on his own page. I think his issues with the positioning are resolved now.
There either decrease the time value in setTimeout() from 50, or increase the scrollX increment, which is currently 2 pixels per animation interval - or use a combination of both. Decreasing the setTimeout value will increase CPU usage a bit.
Unless you then link to both the \src files for tween & steelseries you will need to reminify and concatenate with the tween.min.js file.
Only by editing the steeleries.js file, in the displaySingle object at around line 2322 there is the animate() function.Mapantz wrote:Quick question, is there a way of changing the speed of the text in the forecast box?

I've had a fiddle with both setTimeout() and the scrollX and it doesn't change anything for me.mcrossley wrote:OK, Rays positioning problems with the odometer were unique (I think) to they way he is using the gauges on his own page. I think his issues with the positioning are resolved now.

The problem i have, is that i use the Davis forecast instead of the Cumulus one, the Davis one ca be quite long and with my updates of every 6 seconds, it doesn't scroll the forecast quick enough to see all of the words. I did increase the width of it to 600 but it still didn't help.
I guess i'll have to go back to showing the Cumulus one for now.

Did you definitely do the last step - reminify or re-link?
