Internet setup question

Post by ian e »

In the internet configuration page for setting up to your web page in the field 'Directory' what exactly should I put ? I am using Firefox if this helps. :bash:

www.flitwickweather.webspace.virginmedia.com

This is where I am trying to load to.

Thanks
Ian

It's the path to wherever you want your Cumulus web pages to appear, from the point of an ftp login. Basically, the path to wherever it was that you put the weatherstyle.css file, for example.

and that appears to be the default folder - i.e. If I understand your set up correctly, relative path does not need a folder to be specified.

You have to look at the paths from the point of view of the ftp server, not the http server. Often, directories such as 'public_html' etc are involved. But if it's the default folder when you log in, you can just leave it empty.

You are on an extremely old version of Cumulus "powered by Cumulus v1.9.1 (989)", I suggest you at least upgrade to 1.9.2.
