I have had the Cumulus Topsites banner not showing up (as in previous posts), and now it is up I have clicked on it and it says "This account has been suspended. Please Contact FrameIT (021) 132 4298 for more information."
Yesterday it came up that the website couldn't be found. Is there a new website we should be going to as http://cumulussites.net/ is not working right now?

The topsites is working fine.
Change over for the week was 45 minutes ago.
You have had 13 clicks since then already.
Your button shows on your site and clicking it directs one to the top sites page as it should.

I tested using VPN and logging in through an aussie server.
All was fine.

I suggest you try cleaning out your caches from any browsers you are using.
Ccleaner.exe is a good one for that. You can download from here free:
http://www.filehippo.com/
Version 4.1 and at the time of posting this it is No 1 - Popular software.

Try that and then click on your website button and hopefully it will sail through to the topsite page.

Hi Jenny
Please see the attached screen shot of my website today. Note that the Topsite button has been replaced by text. When I click on the text I get a redirected to a test page for the Apache server. It doesn't seem to matter which browser I use or which computer. Perhaps you could check it out.

Seems to be working fine for me in Chrome, firefox and (yuk) IE

Still not working way way up here in Ontario, Canada. Browsers = FF, Opera, Chrome, IE, and Blackberry Playbook. All browsers history, cache etc cleared. When I try the CP login I get error message "index.php not found on server.
