Could someone confirmed whether this is fixed or not. I never hear back from our server.

This is becoming a pain in the butt for sure :(

It was failing again about 4/5 days ago but is working again now.

Good hot day from NZ :)
Thank goodness for air con.

Had to sus out myself what was happening. Found email from server in my junk mail ( again)
Yep all down as a software upgrade. Apparently too much going wrong. I can vouch for this as having issues with FTP accounts, permissions etc

So we be patience once again. They usually sort the topsites out first. For me it is the easiest.
The rest takes me a few days :(

Jenny I have to ask, but don't you think your hosting service is rather incompetent? Never heard of someone taking days to recover or restore something, hours maybe but days!! And their continual failure to renew your SSL licence is very strange when must hosting services do this automatically.
