Cumulus Support

hi, i have been using cumulus for over a year now, and recently moved my website and cumulus to a new pc. thus i now have a new 'startup date' originally nov 11, now jan 13!.
i got most things working but i'm unable to get the records by month to populate correctly. odd months will but most are just blank. i have a backup of the old cumulus program but no backup of the website. how do i re-construct the data. regards darren

Did you move your old data folder over to the new computer? If you did, then all of the monthly records would have been preserved. One possible reason for this not happening is that the date and time formats on your new PC are incompatible with the settings on your old PC. In this case, Windows is unable to understand the dates in the monthlyalltime.ini file; this will affect other .ini files also.
