Living half way between Barcelona and Valencia, 15 km inland, 90 m asl, in an area known for its northerly gales (tramontanas locally, similar to mistral in that they drive you mad and go on for days). Currently using a wobbly OS WMR 100 although the temp sensor is u/s and the anemometer gives low reading (I'm sure that last gust was stronger than that !!).
With a career path in aviation and at one time a met observer at Southend Airport and currently retired with an interest in sailing, I shall extend my knowledge and interest in all things met with the help of this forum no doubt. Greetings to all.
