Does anybody know how to manipulate the "log.xml" file in the data folder so that you can enter snow lying in fractions of an inch I need to add decimal places to this line:

Can't be done, sorry. One day I may change the weather diary for something better, and improve the way snow is recorded. The only way to record tenths of an inch is to put the value in as tenths of inches, e.g. 2.3 inches would go in as '23'.
