Problem after setting initial information

I downladed Cumulus and got through the first page where I entered my perferences, (type of operating systyems, etc), carefully following the information on the Help page. I then hit Enter and a window popped up, saying it was "Downloading data, Please Wait". That was 4 hours ago......
I then uninstalled the EasyWeather and reopened Cumulus., Same window popped up.
I have a Solar Pro Weather Station and my computer is running Windows 7.
Could I have entered some information incorrectly, or not entered something? This is the first time I've tried to use this kind of software, so am a real n00bie! I have gone through this forum, but didn't see anything that really answered my question. Any help is apprectiated!

You probably need to reset the station, see: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#Cumulu ... .22_screen

Usually, when the 'USB lockup' problem occurs, Easyweather can't talk to the station either; you don't say whether you tried that before you uninstalled it. But anyway, if you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I'll take a look.
