Cumulus Support

Reading the instructions for Cumulus if I want to alter the index.htm file I should make the changes to the indexT.htm and load that to my folder on my ftp site.
If I upload the indexT file to the web it is not recognised, I understand this as it is looking for the index.htm file, if I change the name to index.htm and upload it my web page shows the new page initially, but when the page updates from Cumulus the index page becomes blank.
Does anybody have any clues.

You don't upload the indexT.htm file, you just edit it on your PC. Cumulus then processes indexT.htm to produce index.htm with actual data in it, and uploads that to your web site.

Very easy when you know how, took me about 5 minutes to edit the file, Many thanks for your help Steve.
I have a query, the barometer reading on my WH1080 shows 1009 hpa but the reading on my web site shows 1023 hpa, do you know if there is a reason for this. I will try not to bother you after this.

Hmmm. Sounds like an absolute-to-relative-to-sea-level pressure issue.

Stop Cumulus, and start EasyWeatherPlus. From the menu, choose System/Setup.
In the dialogue called Setup that you then get, look at the Pressure section right at the bottom.

What this does is configuring a factor for converting your absolute pressure to the pressure at sea level. The higher up you are, the lower the pressure gets... but we want to convert that to 'pressure relative to sea level' (relative pressure). There is some physics theory behind this, which I won't bother you with unless you ask specifically
Now, figure out how high above sea level your location is. Each 8 metres (about 24 ft) will decrease the pressure with 1 hPa. So, if your location is, say, 40 metres above sea level, the value in the field 'Relative' should be 5 hPa lower than the value shown under 'Absolute'.

My guess is that, for your unit, it is configured waaaaaay off. It probably doesn't think it's on top of the Mt. Everest... but it might think it's on top of the Ben Nevis.
While you're in the setup anyway, you may want (I would absolutely do this) to, in the Display section (about in the middle of the window), change the value for Pressure to 'Relative'.

Save your configuration, exit your way out of EasyWeatherPlus, start Cumulus, and Bob's your uncle. Or he should be.

ps: never be afraid to bother us. It takes a *lot* to bother the folks on this forum.

Done that and my pressure is just 0.1 difference between the web and my console, I'm more than happy with that.
