What does i need to create virtual com port ?

I've been using the Virtual Serial Ports Emulator (VSPE) by eterlogic http://www.eterlogic.com/Products.VSPE.html
For 64bit OS, you'll need to purchase a license for it. For 32bit OS, it is free.
