Cumulus Support

Hi Can you help. i have had my Easy weather station operating for a couple of weeks and linked to Cumulus. It has been working well. However yesterday when i started up cumulus at the beginning of the day the downloading box appeared but nothing happened. the whole programme froze and the only way I could get rid of it was to do a control alt delete operation.

I have checked connections. I have even uninstalled the programme and re installed an set up again. Is there any solution?? Thanks

Your station has locked up. You will need to reset it - remove batteries and USB cable.
