The power to my computer was turned off from 17/12/12 to 6/1/13. The Base Station was powered during this time by battery. I turned my computer on 6/1/13 and found the record above.

Incorrect rainfall record
Although there was no rainfall my weather station, technoline WS2350 rebadged Lacrosse 2350,recorded 74.1mm on 6/1/13. No other rainfall was recorded in January. December's rainfall recorded seemed normal.
The power to my computer was turned off from 17/12/12 to 6/1/13. The Base Station was powered during this time by battery. I turned my computer on 6/1/13 and found the record above.
I have used Cumulus for 6 months with no problems whatever. Please can anyone suggest what has happened and is it possible to retrieve the correct data?

Re: Incorrect rainfall record
Edit the total for that day using the dayfile.txt editor, then restart Cumulus. You can correct any highs and lows that may have been affected using the built-in editors.
LaCrosse stations only have 175 entries in their logger, so three weeks is too long a period to go without downloading the data; you most likely have a number of other issues with your data.

Many thanks Steve for your speedy reply. I wasn't sure of the memory capacity. Now I know.
