Editing first time readings

I just started using the Cumulus software on January 2, 2013. My problem is that there are some readings in the YTD and All-Time Records that are incorrect. For example, the highest pressure shows as 1009.20 (it should be closer to 30.10) and the longest dry spell as 5 days since the program was set up (January 2, 2013) instead of 12 days (since December 26, 2012).

What files do I need to be looking at and editing to correct the invalid readings?

The pressure reading is presumably there because you started out using mb or hPa and then switched to inHg. So you may well have some invalid pressure readings in other logs which you might want to fix. But to change the all-time record, you can use the built-in editor (on the 'edit' menu). To change this month's and this year's high, stop Cumulus and edit month.ini and year.ini in the data folder.

To manually change the longest dry spell to include a period from before you started using Cumulus, stop Cumulus and edit today.ini (in the data folder). Change the 'ConsecutiveDryDays' figure. That will change the current figure; to change the all-time record you can use the built-in editor. To change this month's and this year's figure, edit month.ini and year.ini.

I never thought of looking under Edit as normally one would expect to see commands like copy, paste, delete and other such commands. Thanks for the help. I really like your program and have done a donation to help support Cumulus. Keep up the good work! :D
