The email address is a primary key on the phpBB database and if Steve has set the board to allow email changes you will have to re-activate your account after you have submitted the change.
If you want to do it it is in User Control Panel / Profile / Edit Account Settings but make sure you can access the new email account as that is where your activation email will be sent with a link to activate your account. If you can't access it you can't activate your account and your login access will not work!!

Re: Change Username?
That depends on your Hosting/Domain service and their policy!! They would probably allow it but you would have to set up Auto forwarding of your old email address to the new one or you might lose emails.

Re: Change Username?
I see that you have gone ahead and registered an almost identical second user, ignoring the advice you were given. Are you determined to annoy me sufficiently that I ban you? I have never banned anyone (other than spammers and the like) from this forum. I understand that you were only the second person to ever have been banned from wxforum.
This is your final, final warning. I will shortly be deleting your new, duplicate account.

Re: Change Username?
Will/William/Whatever,
I have deleted your second (!) duplicate account and renamed (again!) your original account. This is the last change I will be making. You have used up your last 'life' on this forum, I really haven't got the time or energy to deal with your childish nonsense. Either grow up fast or go away. Your next transgression, however minor, will result in instant banning without further warning.

Steve,
Ok, I very much apologise for my actions on this forum and will not hastle you in this way ever again.
I understand that IF I do anything again that a permanent ban will come into place.
I am very sorry and I hope you forgive me,
William
