Wind speed being rounded off.

After fighting with the data issue over the last few days I didn't notice that my wind speeds are showing rounded to whole number MPH. I do NOT have the 'rounding' option checked on the configuration screen. What have I missed THIS time?

Davis stations supply wind speeds to whole numbers of mph.
