Cumulus Support

Occasionally I notice a missing thumbnail image on trends.htm. It is not always the same one. It appears that although the image is present in the website image folder it is empty (0 bytes). The update frequency is set to every 10 minutes. Could this be due to the fact that the image is still being generated at the time of the FTP transfer? Any suggestions in eliminating these occasional blank thumbnails would be appreciated. It may be relevant to mention that I have suppressed the inside temperature thumbnail.

The images are all created before upload starts. Assuming that the zero byte file you're referring to is on your web site only, and is OK on your PC, the most likely cause is an ftp failure, probably a timeout. What 'web settings' are you using in Cumulus? You may be able to improve things by changing the settings to better suit your ftp server.
