Good FREE FTP hosts that work with Cumuls

Hi I need some help on setting up cumulus back to a FTP
After doing a lot of research i still can not find a good FTP host?
suggestions much appreciated

I use 123-reg.co.uk they are a great FTP host!

thanks for the quick reply, i am after any free hosts????
or ideally only £1 a month as i am only 14 so haven't got much £££ to spend out on hosting
Don't really want to host from home as i have had bad past experiances!
