Transferring historical data from weatherlink to cumulus

My Dad asked me if he can transfer the historical weather data from weatherlink into Cumulus. I told him I didn't think that is likely. I had a little look on this forum and found a post from 2009 to say this is not possible.
Is that still the case? Is there anyway of getting historical data into cumulus?
