Cumulus Support

I have downloaded the latest ver, created a folder in root as advised in win7 and moved the file over yet it refuses to install and pops up with an error box "unable to execute file in the temporary directory, setup aborted. error 5:access denied.

anyone know the fix ??

It's not clear to me exactly what you've done. You don't need to create any folders, or move anything. Just run the setup file as you would any other, and then accept the default location when the installer offers it to you. The installer will then create the folder.

If you still get the error, then you probably have a permissions problem; try right-clicking on the setup file and "Run as administrator".

tried running as admin and compatability, no joy, installed ok on my desktop no problem, but not my laptop, strange i will keep trying
