After spurious rain amounts this month, I tried to correct my data so that the Longest Dry Period would be correct. But, I apparently missed something somewhere.
The number of days in the alltime.ini and in the month.ini file is apparently not being recalculated since the correction - that number remains at the 54 days I changed it to two days ago.
It would be helpful if you listed for me the names of all the files that need to be edited.
Thanks,
Les

Re: Correcting Longest Dry Period
The current spells are in today.ini, so you just need to edit that, with Cumulus stopped. The records will then update to the current value at midnight.

Re: Correcting Longest Dry Period
Thanks.
And how do the dates associated with longest dry period in month.ini and alltime.ini and the LastTip date in today.ini relate to one another?

Re: Correcting Longest Dry Period
The dates are the end dates of the dry spell (which will be yesterday if you're currently in that dry spell). The LastTip timestamp is the date and time of the last recorded tip of the rain gauge.
