I set rain spikes removal, and as You can see in attach file, log error file display about it and value it is not considered on rain counter, but why it is writes on all time records?

It's not on the high hourly rain record. It got included in the daily total, the spike removal is nothing to do with that, it's not a "spike". I don't know why it apparently managed not to include it in yesterday's total but it still appeared in the all-time records. You'll need to edit your records - very sorry.

If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I might be able to see why it didn't get included in yesterday's total, but still set the high daily record. It might be a bug. My guess would be that the counter went up by a large amount and then back down again; but normally it would cope with that and ignore it. But it depends on which version/build you're using.

Ok Steve,
for diags folder now is too late I think, the data will be already overwrites, any way this is not the first time that happen, so i keep in mind for next time.
This is happen also without rain, so is for this I think about spikes.
The station is a fine offset and spikes limit now is set to 300m.m/h
