You did follow the instructions to install it the root of the C Drive i.e C:/Cumulus, otherwise on W7 it causes problems?

You have some kind of USB connection problem. Sometimes Windows says the station isn't connected:
12/12/2012 18:26:39.120 : 18:26:39 EWUSB: Fine Offset station not found!
and sometimes it's there but not for long:
13/12/2012 21:01:05.386 : 21:01:05 EWUSB: Found Fine Offset station
13/12/2012 21:01:05.386 : Loading last N hour data from data logs: 07/05/2012 16:40:00
13/12/2012 21:01:05.448 : 21:01:05 EWUSB: Get history data
13/12/2012 21:01:05.449 : Request EW data block, addr = 000000
13/12/2012 21:01:09.714 : 21:01:09 EWUSB: HidControl Device Unplug
13/12/2012 21:01:09.714 : VID = 1941 PID = 8021
13/12/2012 21:01:09.714 : Error - station unplugged - check connections
13/12/2012 21:01:09.714 : EWUSB: HidControl Device Removal
13/12/2012 21:01:09.714 : VID = 1941 PID = 8021
13/12/2012 21:01:09.714 : Error - station removed - check connections
You're using an old obsolete beta version of Cumulus 1.9.2, by the way. A later version wouldn't fix the problem, but would at least have helped you identify the problem by flashing the error light and giving you the error messages without having to look in the diags file.
