Avoid 12:00 AM Update & Change Update Interval Times

Is it possible to configure Cumulus to avoid updating websites at 12:00 AM? This has happened before, but last night it rained during this time. I sat and watched Cumulus very quickly reset the TODAY information in RECENT EXTREMES, but the rain data lagged for a few seconds and was uploaded as if that data was valid for today which it was not. I had to go to Weather Underground and delete that entry. On PWS, those erroneous entries cannot be delete as far as I can tell.
Also, is it possible to change the times for the update intervals? I use 15 minute intervals and the times are at :00, :15, :30, and :45. Could those be changed to something like :05, :20, :35, :50? I would like to do 10 minute intervals of :05, :15, :25, :35, :45, and :55.
Speaking of intervals, a lot of airports around me do 20 minute intervals at :15, :35, and :55. I sat Cumulus to do 20 minute intervals but Cumulus does these at :00, :20, and :40.
