Is it possible to configure Cumulus to avoid updating websites at 12:00 AM? This has happened before, but last night it rained during this time. I sat and watched Cumulus very quickly reset the TODAY information in RECENT EXTREMES, but the rain data lagged for a few seconds and was uploaded as if that data was valid for today which it was not. I had to go to Weather Underground and delete that entry. On PWS, those erroneous entries cannot be delete as far as I can tell.

Also, is it possible to change the times for the update intervals? I use 15 minute intervals and the times are at :00, :15, :30, and :45. Could those be changed to something like :05, :20, :35, :50? I would like to do 10 minute intervals of :05, :15, :25, :35, :45, and :55.

Speaking of intervals, a lot of airports around me do 20 minute intervals at :15, :35, and :55. I sat Cumulus to do 20 minute intervals but Cumulus does these at :00, :20, and :40.

More flexible timing of internet updates is on the list of enhancements for the future.

Could you explain more about the rain data reset? All of the data gets reset at the same time, as far as I'm aware, and the reset takes place before any midnight uploads.

No. The rain data reset lagged out during the 12:00 AM update for today so at 12:00 AM yesterday's rain data was uploaded. After the upload finished, the rain data reset for today and at 12:15 AM the proper rain data was used.

Right; the start of day counter gets reset along with everything else, but today's total isn't recalculated until the next reading. I'll change that.

Cool. I just downloaded and installed Cumulus 1.9.3 beta build 1055. Thanks for fixing that :D

I can't wait until those custom update intervals get integrated into future versions of Cumulus.
