Real Time Wind Data Gauges not working

Can someone help me to get these gauges working ?? I have uploaded the realtime.txt to the right directory but I can't seem to get these gauges working ....I am using National Geographic 265NC and Cumulus 1 ...... everything else is working but the realtime wind gauges. Someone PLEASE help ......thank you........ Novanewf.

Do you mean the gauges which are on the default gauges page supplied with Cumulus? Could you give a link to your web page, please?

What do you mean when you say you have uploaded the realtime.txt file? You don't upload that, Cumulus does.

Hi Steve, thanks for your reply ...here's the link to my weather page ..... epip.net23.net yes Steve the two wind gauges on the default page...it said in the help files to upload the realtime.txt flie to the weather page directory .......is that my problem with it ?

Your realtime.txt file isn't being uploaded to the correct place, it should be here: http://epip.net23.net/realtime.txt but that gives a 404.

Could you please tell me where in the help it says that you have to upload the realtime.txt file, so I can correct it?

I've just looked up net23.net, and they're part of 000webhost.com, who are listed in the wiki as unsuitable as they don't allow .txt files to be served: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Webspace

So your realtime.txt file may well be there but it's not accessible.

Steve I am at fault ...I just looked at the help files again ...and you're right it say to be uploaded by Cumulus ...I read it wrong ...sorry about that .....can you suggest a free host that will allow .txt files ........and thank you Steve.....

The only one I'm aware of is the one listed in the wiki - Freeglovine.
