Windows 8 installed now error

Post by pmward »

I have just installed Windows 8, previous on Win 7. Now message "An error occured in Cumulus...." Only installed mid November 2012, working OK this morning.
I am attaching error report

I have checked Date/time set up, it looks to be as in Win 7, probably because download was from NZ M/soft. As I have only been operational 2 weeks have re-installed Cumulus and is now working well. Thanks Philip

Your system date/time format has changed, such that Windows no longer recognises a date/time in a format that it created previously. Someone else had the same problem after upgrading to Windows 8, it appears that the Windows 8 upgrade install can do this without asking/telling you. You need to change your date/time settings back to what they were before you installed Windows 8.
