Hi everyone! I am an absolute beginner and probably know less than anyone else on this forum. I have purchased a Maplin WH1080 , erected my sensors outisde and readings on screen inside seem accurate. Now I am ready to use software. Have chosen Cumulus instead of supplied Easyweather as it has such good reports. But before I try to use it I think I have read somewhere that it is necessary initially to adjust the time interval for recording data using Easyweather.....Is this correct? In which case do I have to install Easyweather and connect to my station, do above and then switch to Cumulus?

I have tried to search the forum for an answer but no luck. It's all rather overwhelming for an ignorant newbie like me. But I am keen!

Can anyone help by explaining in very simple terms what I should do next? I will be very grateful.

I've written a utility to allow the station's logger interval to be set, so you don't have to use Easyweather to do it. You can find it on the downloads page: http://sandaysoft.com/downloads
